3. Use paper towels for everything.
Paper towels are an essential kitchen cleaning tool. They soak up spills, pick up grease, clean windows, and more. They’re also wasteful. And not necessarily the best tool for the job. Before you reach for the next paper towel, pause: Could you use a dish towel, sponge, or microfiber cloth instead? Reusable materials work in most cases.
