Creamy Japanese cake

🍰Ingredients: 250g cream cheese (room temperature) 50g butter 100ml milk 6 eggs (whites and yolks separated) 1 tsp lemon juice 100g sugar (divided) 60g flour 20g cornflour 1 tsp vanilla extract Icing sugar for dusting (optional) ⸻ Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line the base of a round springform cake tin with baking paper and grease the edges. Wrap the base of the tin with aluminum foil (for a bain-marie). 2. In a saucepan, melt the cream cheese, butter, and milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly. 3. Add the egg yolks, vanilla, flour, and sifted cornflour.
