Mashed Potato and Meatball Casserole: Comfort in Every Bite

Ingredients :

1 pound frozen or homemade meatballs
1 quart mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cooked bacon bits 1/4 cup
chopped green onions
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread mashed potatoes in a greased baking dish. Top with meatballs and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, until meatballs are hot and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and garnish with bacon bits, sour cream, and green onions. Serve warm.
