Ingredients
12 slices of white bread (crustless)
6 slices of chicken ham or cooked ham, cut into squares
150g of grated cheese (Emmental, Gruyère or Comté)
50g of melted butter
100 ml double cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preheat your oven to 180°F (350°C). Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper to prevent the mini croques from sticking.
