Sausage & Hash Brown Balls

Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage

3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
Optional: hot sauce or additional seasonings to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, hash browns, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Lightly beat the eggs and add them to the sausage mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Roll portions of the mixture into balls (1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Broil for an extra 1-2 minutes for crispiness.
Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with favorite dipping sauces or condiments.
