Ingredients needed:
1 cup and 3/4 milk, or 1.5 litres
Ï Ezoic salt, amount to taste
30 millilitres (or 2 teaspoons) apple
cider vinegar Half a cup, or 50 grams, melted butter

Thirteen millilitres Provençal herbs, measured in tablespoons
What to do:
Heat the milk: Transfer 1.5 litres of milk to a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. If desired, sprinkle with salt.
Apple cider vinegar: Whisk in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar when the milk is hot, but not boiling. When the milk curdles into cheese, stir it gently and keep an eye on it.
