Soft biscuits with light jam
Ingredients
200 g type 1 flour (or light wholemeal flour or oat flour)
40 ml sunflower oil
1 large egg
60 g erythritol (or 2 tablespoons agave syrup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
• pinch of salt
• 100 g light raspberry jam (no added sugar)
• Icing sugar (for decoration)
