A simple 10-minute method to successfully relieve sciatic nerve pain

Sciatica is a pain along the course of the sciatic nerve in the leg. There are many causes, but the most common form is low back pain, in which sciatica is associated with lower back pain.

The characteristic clinical signs are usually sufficient to make the diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment. Nevertheless, surgery is sometimes necessary.

The sciatic nerve is the most important nerve in the body. It is covered by the gluteus maximus muscle and slopes perpendicular to the thigh. The sciatic nerve descends vertically into the posterior compartment of the thigh, where it forms the lateral branches.

In the hollow of the knee (at the level of the knee) it divides into two terminal branches:

The tibial nerve, which innervates
the posterior muscle group of the leg and the sole of the foot The common fibular nerve, which innervates the anterior and lateral muscle groups of the leg and the back of the foot.
