Summer macaroni salad

Ingredients:
 250g macaroni,
150g sweetcorn (kernels, drained),
 1 red bell pepper (finely diced, ~100g),
 1 celery stalk (thinly sliced, ~50g),
 1/2 red onion (finely diced, ~60g),
 4 tbsp mayonnaise (80g),
2 tbsp crème fraîche (30g),
 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives,
 1 tsp mild mustard
 , salt, freshly ground pepper
