Rice face cream – the Japanese secret to radiant, flawless skin

  • 2 tablespoons of white rice
  • 3 vitamin E capsules   (available at pharmacies or health food stores)
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin
  • ¼ teaspoon of aloe gel

Preparation step by step:

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water   to remove any impurities.
  2. Leave in a bowl of water overnight.
  3. The next day, cook the rice until soft.
  4. Mash with a potato masher or blender, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve   to obtain a smooth paste.
  5. Add oil extracted from vitamin E capsules, vegetable glycerin and aloe vera gel.
  6. Mix thoroughly until you obtain a smooth cream.

Storage   : The cream should be placed in a small, airtight jar and stored   in the refrigerator for  a maximum   of 4–5 days  .
