- 2 tablespoons of white rice
- 3 vitamin E capsules (available at pharmacies or health food stores)
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin
- ¼ teaspoon of aloe gel
Preparation step by step:
- Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water to remove any impurities.
- Leave in a bowl of water overnight.
- The next day, cook the rice until soft.
- Mash with a potato masher or blender, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve to obtain a smooth paste.
- Add oil extracted from vitamin E capsules, vegetable glycerin and aloe vera gel.
- Mix thoroughly until you obtain a smooth cream.
Storage : The cream should be placed in a small, airtight jar and stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 4–5 days .
