4 eggs
90 grams sesame
seeds 90 grams sunflower seeds
90 grams walnuts
90 grams pumpkin seeds
90 grams flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
100 ml water
a pinch of salt
Preparation method:
First, whisk the egg whites with the salt, then add the water and baking soda. All seeds must be ground into a fine powder (flour). Add them to the mixture and mix well.
Bake the bread for 50 minutes at 180°C. The taste of the bread is simply delicious!
