2. Baking Soda and Pepper Solution
This combination disrupts the nervous system of ants and repels aphids effectively.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon black or cayenne pepper
- 1 liter of water
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender to form a uniform mixture.
- Let it sit for 2 hours, then strain the liquid.
- Dilute 1 glass of the mixture in 500 ml of water and spray on infested areas.
- Repeat as necessary until pests are completely gone.
3. Bay Leaf and Warm Water Solution
Bay leaves contain natural insecticidal properties that repel ants and aphids.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 15-20 dried bay leaves
- 1 liter of warm water
Instructions:
- Blend bay leaves into a fine powder and mix with baking soda.
- Add the mixture to warm water and let it sit for 1 hour.
- Strain the liquid and dilute 1 cup in 2 liters of water.
- Spray the solution on affected plants and ant trails.
