Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces. Then place the apple pieces in a blender or food processor.

Then add the eggs, cocoa powder, coconut oil and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. If desired, add dark chocolate seeds for extra flavor.

Then pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or buttered.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
