Ingredients:
For the crust:
350 g all-purpose flour
200 g cold butter, diced
2 egg yolks
80 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2–3 tbsp cold water (if needed)
For the filling:
1 kg apples (preferably tart, like Granny Smith or Braeburn), peeled and thinly sliced
3–4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1–2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, if apples release too much juice)
