Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper to make it easier to clean up later.
Prepare the cauliflower:
Wash and dry the cauliflower florets thoroughly. Cut larger pieces smaller if necessary so that everything cooks evenly.
Season the cauliflower:
Place the florets in a large bowl and mix them with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper. If you are using Parmesan, add now and mix well.
Roast cauliflower:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and tender.
