Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Salt, paprika and black pepper to taste
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g grated cheese
- 130 g wheat flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying and greasing
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 150 g chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 150 g chopped ham
- Chopped chives for garnish
Preparation method:
1. Prepare the egg mixture: beat the eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper, milk and cheese. Add the flour and mix until smooth.
2. Prepare the vegetables: sauté the onion, carrot, pepper, mushrooms and garlic in vegetable oil. Season with salt, paprika and black pepper. Add the chopped ham and mix well.
3. Assemble the omelet: Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and ham. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
4. Bake the omelette: bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
Suggestions for presentation:
Serve with fresh bread or toast.
Serve with a simple green salad.
Top with crème fraiche or Greek yogurt.
