15 g active dry yeast

3 large eggs

200 ml warm whole milk

250 g unsalted butter, softened

100 g raisins (preferably soaked in warm water for 10 minutes)

100 g flaked almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg (for egg wash)
