- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: some cream or grated cheese for extra creaminess
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, sauté the diced onion and chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped broccoli to the pot and cook for a few minutes until slightly soft.
