Cabbage rolls with meat: the recipe for a quick and tasty second course

Take the leaves from the cabbage, wash and blanch them for a few seconds in boiling water, then drain them in cold water and dry them.

Prepare the filling: put the minced meat, an egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Mix well and put a spoonful of the mixture on each cabbage leaf, put a few slices of caciocavallo in the center and seal well.

Cook them in a frying pan and brown them on both sides, then add a drop of water, close the lid and bake at

low heat for 20 minutes, (if you wish, you can also bake them in the oven at 180°C for half an hour), then remove it and let it brown for a few more minutes.

Your cabbage rolls are ready to be enjoyed.

Storage
You can store rolled puffs in the refrigerator for 2 days, in an airtight container.
