Cauliflower with ultra-crispy Parmesan with air fryer

 

Prepare the cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

Set up 3 bowls:

Bowl 1: Flour seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Bowl 2: beaten eggs.

Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.

Coat:

Roll each floret in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan mixture.

Make sure they are well coated on all sides.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the florets in a single layer in the basket.Spray

lightly with oil.

Halfway through, turn for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
