Chocolate cake with brigadeiro and white cream

Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and comes away from the mold. Set aside to cool.

🍫 Filling 2 – Creamy Brigadeiro:
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1/2 can of cream

Bake until it has the consistency of a soft brigadeiro. Let cool before filling.

🧁 Assembly:
1. Cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers.
2. Alternate the fillings: one layer of white cream, another of brigadeiro.
3. Finish with the icing and sprinkles to your liking.
