• Preheat your oven to 200°C.
• Gently melt the chopped chocolate and butter in the microwave.
• Using a mixer, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume.
• Add the flour and mix well.
• Add the mixture to the chocolate and mix again.
• Pour the mixture into an 18cm springform pan.
• Bake for 18-22 minutes at 200°C (or 10 minutes for a 24 cm mold) depending on the oven and the desired texture, more or less melt-in-your-mouth.
• Allow to cool before removing from the ring.
• Sprinkle with sifted icing sugar.
