Chocolate Tiramisu: Unique!

Preparation:
Brew a few cups of coffee and let it cool.
In a large bowl, whisk the mascarpone and sweetened
liquid cream with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes stiff.
Dip the cookies with a spoon into the coffee and arrange them in a layer in a baking dish.
Add half of the mascarpone and cream mixture to the cookies and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Arrange a second layer of coffee-dipped cookies on top, then spread the rest of the mascarpone cream.
Sprinkle bitter cocoa powder over the surface of the tiramisu.
Place the egg-free tiramisu dish in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to solidify.
Once cooled, serve the tiramisu without eggs and enjoy!
