Coconut water kefir can help heal your gut, improve your immune system, and prevent cancer. Here’s how to make it!

Start by using ready-made kefir.
Use a kefir starter culture.
Use kefir grains.
This is my preferred method. I think making coconut water kefir from kefir grains is the best way. First, you’ll need kefir grains (either water or milk kefir grains). This method is more economical because the grains multiply quickly, meaning you’ll always have some on hand.

Ingredients:
7 cups of fresh coconut water,
5 tablespoons of water kefir grains,
1 stick of Ceylon cinnamon.
Preparation

Pour 7 cups of coconut water into a 2-liter jar.
Add the water kefir grains and a cinnamon stick to the coconut water. Cover and let it sit for 48 hours (no longer). Do not over-ferment, as this may cause an explosion.
After fermentation, the coconut water will become cloudy and lighter in color. The kefir grains will float to the surface during fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, remove the kefir grains. The grains can be used immediately for a new batch or stored in water in the refrigerator.
