Creamy Cake with 3 Yogurts and 2 Eggs

Instructions:
✅ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter and flour a cake pan.
✅ In a large bowl, mix the yoghurt and sugar until smooth.

✅ Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
✅ Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
✅ In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt, then gently fold them into the yoghurt mixture to avoid lumps.
✅ Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
✅ Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
✅ Let cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
