Cream with four milks:
In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch, and heavy cream, stirring well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Then add the coconut milk, whole milk and powdered milk. Stir until smooth. Then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until you get a syrupy consistency. Once cooked, turn off the heat and let cool.
Crispy crumble:
First crush the milk biscuits in a food processor or blender until you get a crumbly texture. Then transfer to a bowl and mix with the melted butter until fluffy. Book.
Assembling the pie:
In a glass dish of about 25 x 18 x 6 cm, spread 1/3 of the cream with four milks on the bottom. Then add half of the crumble, pressing lightly. Then spread the rest of the cream, levelling it out. Finally, cover with the remaining crumble, reserving a small portion for decoration.
