Crispy baked zucchini

2 zucchini
salt
black pepper

3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
For the breading:

50 grams of flour
100 grams of breadcrumbs

Preparation of the zucchini:

2 Cut zucchini into slices or sticks.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Prepare the dough:

In a bowl, whisk together 3 eggs.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the eggs. Mix well to get a paste.
Prepare the coating:

Put 50 grams of flour on a plate.
On another plate, add 100 grams of breadcrumbs.
Coat the zucchini with this:

Dip each zucchini slice/skewer first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and finally brush with the breadcrumbs.
Fry the zucchini:

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
Fry the breaded zucchini in boiling oil until golden brown.
