Crispy Breaded Mushrooms: An Easy Recipe

Cooking crispy breaded mushrooms

Option 1: Traditional frying

  • Heat a neutral oil (sunflower, rapeseed) to  170–180°C .
  • Fry the mushrooms in small batches so as not to drop the temperature of the oil.
  • 3 to 4 minutes is enough , until they are golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.

The result: an ultra-crispy coating, melting inside. Perfect for “krrrr” lovers.

Option 2: Oven cooking (lighter)

  • Preheat the oven to  200°C .
  • Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Spray or brush them lightly with oil.
  • Bake for  20 to 25 minutes , turning them halfway through cooking.

The result: a healthier alternative, with a beautiful golden color and a pleasant texture, even without frying.
