Cooking crispy breaded mushrooms
Option 1: Traditional frying
- Heat a neutral oil (sunflower, rapeseed) to 170–180°C .
- Fry the mushrooms in small batches so as not to drop the temperature of the oil.
- 3 to 4 minutes is enough , until they are golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
The result: an ultra-crispy coating, melting inside. Perfect for “krrrr” lovers.
Option 2: Oven cooking (lighter)
- Preheat the oven to 200°C .
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Spray or brush them lightly with oil.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes , turning them halfway through cooking.
The result: a healthier alternative, with a beautiful golden color and a pleasant texture, even without frying.
