Delicate Apple and Cream Cake – Recipe for Homemade Baking Full of Flavor

Method 1. Preparation of the
dough Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin slices.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the oil and milk and mix gently.
Gradually sift the flour mixed with the baking powder and cinnamon, stirring until a uniform consistency is obtained.
Finally, add the apple slices and mix gently.

Transfer the dough to a greased and floured springform tin (approx. 24 cm in diameter).
2. Baking
Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 40-45 minutes, until a skewer inserted into the center is dry.
After baking, leave to cool.
3. Preparation of the
cream Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff.
Spread the finished cream on the cooled dough.
Serving and storage
tips The cake tastes best chilled for an hour in the refrigerator.
They can be decorated with cinnamon, grated chocolate or nuts.
Store in the refrigerator, preferably in an airtight container – up to 3 days.
