1️⃣ Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar until foamy.
2️⃣ Add the milk and oil, then fold in the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into a 34×40 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C for approx. 15 minutes, then let cool. Cut the sponge cake in half.
5️⃣ For the cream, soak the gelatin in water and dissolve it over steam.
6️⃣ Whip the cream until foamy, add the condensed milk and dissolved gelatin.
7️⃣ Spread the cream between the two sponge cake layers and refrigerate.
8️⃣ For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the warm cream and pour it on top of the cake.
9️⃣ Refrigerate for another hour.
