Preparation of the dessert:
Pour the condensed milk, cream (the 3 sachets) and the concentrated passion fruit juice into a blender.
Blend for 2 minutes until you get a smooth, supple and homogeneous cream.
Preparation of the ganache:
Heat the cream in a saucepan, without bringing it to a boil.
Remove from the heat and pour in the chopped dark chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the cream is smooth and glossy.
Ingredients:
Pour passion fruit cream into cups or glasses.
Spread the chocolate ganache on top.
Resting:
Before serving, place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to harden well and for the flavors to blend.
