Delicious homemade doughs

Ingredients:

500 g of 00 flour

60 g of melted butter

180 ml of warm milk

3 egg yolks (at room temperature)

75 g of sugar

7 g dry yeast

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Mix the milk with sugar and baking powder. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Add egg yolks, butter, salt and flour. Knead until you get a smooth dough.

Let rise for 1–11/2 hours.

Roll out the dough, make discs and shape into balls.

Let it rest for another 30 minutes.

Fry at 170°C or bake in the oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

👉 Tip: once cooled, fill them with jam and dip them in icing sugar.

🥖 Soft Sandwiches – light as clouds

Ingredients:

400 g of 00 flour

180 ml of warm milk

2 tablespoons of sugar

21/4 teaspoons dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

60 g of melted butter

Preparation:

Mix the milk with sugar and baking powder. Leave on for 10 minutes.

Add flour, salt and butter. Knead until soft.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough, shape the buns and place them on a baking sheet.

Let it rest for another 30 minutes.

Brush with egg and bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
