Delicious liver recipe to eat healthy, tasty and at a great price

 

Parsley: to taste
Oatmeal: 6 tablespoons Eggs: 3 pieces
of salt
, black pepper, paprika: to taste
Cheese: 150 g
Yogurt: 250 g

Lemon: 1/2 unit
Preparation
1. Prepare liver:
Soak the liver in milk to soften it and remove its strong flavor.
Let it rest while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. Prepare the vegetables:
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and pour hot water over it to soften.
Finely chop the onion, garlic, carrot, chives and parsley.
3. Cook vegetables:
Heat a little vegetable oil in a large pan.
Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the carrot and cook until soft.
Add cabbage, chives and parsley and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Prepare the oatmeal mixture:
In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, eggs, salt, black pepper and paprika.

 

Add this mixture to the vegetables in the pan and mix well.
5. Fry liver:
drain and dry liver, cut into small pieces.
Add the liver to the mixture of vegetables and oatmeal.
Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Preparation of the sauce:
grate the cheese and mix it with the yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Pour this sauce over the cooked liver and mix well.
