Water for children: how to choose it?

If your baby is exclusively breastfed before six months of age, breast milk is usually sufficient to meet their daily water needs. This also applies if the baby is fed formula. Although the WHO recommends breastfeeding until six months of age, if you are unable or unwilling to breastfeed, formula is available. In this situation,   however, it is important  to choose the right water for your baby. The same applies to quenching thirst in babies after six months of age.
