- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat until well browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
- Pour in the beef broth and cream. Add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add the drained pasta and mix well to coat it in sauce.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese off the heat and mix until the sauce becomes smooth.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with fresh parsley if desired.
