- 300 g semi-coarse flour
- 200 g powdered sugar

Fluffy homemade cake with fruit – quick and easy
Procedure
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Whisk for about 4-5 minutes. We should get a fluffy foam. Add the milk together with the oil and stir.
- Mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add to the liquid mixture. Blend until you have a smooth dough without lumps.
- Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the pan. Spread the fruit evenly over the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
