Four homemade vegetable dips

Provisions

1. Buffalo Vegetable Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt

1/2 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons chopped spring onion (for garnish)

Directions:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the Buffalo Hot Sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined

Place in a bowl and garnish with green onions.

Serve immediately with fresh vegetables such as celery, carrots, peppers or cucumber slices. You can also eat it with crackers or tortilla chips.
