From now on I will ALWAYS make pancakes like these, my grandmother’s delicious pancakes.

Ingredients:
Eggs: 4 (separated into yolks and whites)
Mineral water: 250 ml (preferably carbonated, it will make the pancakes fluffier)
​​Sugar: 100 g (adjust to taste)
Vanilla sugar: 1 pack (approx. 16 g)
Wheat flour: 400 g (you can use whole wheat for a healthier version)
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Milk: 500 ml (you can use plant milk if you have allergies)
Fruit: of your choice (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, apples, bananas or peaches)
Clarified butter: for frying
