More experienced cooks are certainly familiar with this method of preserving garlic. Start by taking half a kilo of garlic cloves and soaking them in warm water for about an hour. After drying them, peel them and you will see that they are easy to peel as the skin has softened.
Next, put all the garlic cloves in a sterilized jar. Then add two tablespoons of coarse salt, it should be about 30 grams of salt. Now you can add a few spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar or, if you want, add wine vinegar. This ingredient helps keep the garlic intact.

Finally, bring some water to a boil and let it cool. Before closing the container with the lid, cut off a slice of lemon and place it on top of the garlic. Close the jar very well and shake it so that all the ingredients mix.
This will keep your garlic cloves in perfect condition for over a year and they won’t rot. In addition, you can consume them at any time without having to peel them every time you want to use them. This method is used by many cooks , it is practical and, above all, effective.
