Garlic and Cheese Rolls

In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the beaten egg, melted butter, then flour and salt. Knead for 10 minutes by hand or in a food processor.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place (the dough should double in size).

Shape the buns:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 to 10 equal balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Flatten each ball slightly in the center with the bottom of a glass to form a cavity.

Make the filling:
Mix the melted butter with the garlic, grated cheese, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

Top and bake:
Fill each cavity with filling. Brush the edges with a little melted butter.
Let rise for another 15–20 minutes while the oven preheats to 180°C (356°F).

Bake:
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted
