How to make turmeric water at home
Pour a glass of water into a suitable pot and bring to a boil.
Optionally, you can add a pinch of ginger to enhance the flavor. Once the ginger has softened, remove the pan from the heat and add a level teaspoon of turmeric.
Don’t forget a pinch of freshly ground black pepper: without it, the turmeric won’t be as effective.
Finally, you can add a little honey to sweeten the drink. Stir well and drink when it’s pleasantly warm, but not too hot.
Drink turmeric detox water regularly, and you’ll gradually see your health and skin improve.
