Here’s the right time to eat your fruit and why

Grapes: A quick source of energy, perfect for post-meal fatigue.
Peaches: Light and digestible, they gently support the digestive system.
Mango: To be preferred before physical activity or for a fruity break without excess.
Evening: fruits that soothe and make it easier to fall asleep

Bananas: Rich in magnesium, they relax the muscles and soothe the nervous system.
Kiwis: Their serotonin content helps to help you fall asleep.
Cherries: Naturally contain melatonin, the sleep hormone.
And the ones to avoid in the evening (even if they are good)
Apples, citrus fruits, blueberries and watermelon can be too acidic, too high in fibre or too stimulating for the body before bedtime. It is better to reserve them in the morning or afternoon, for better digestive comfort.
In short: eating fruit, yes, but at the right time.
Your body will reciprocate it well. So, why not reorganize your fruit basket according to the time of day?
