Homemade baguette recipe with golden-crusted zloty

Cook the dough in a large bowl by pouring warm water over the flour. Mix with the oil, baking powder and salt. Knead until you get a homogeneous and elastic mass. Let rise, then shape into baguettes. Chop and cook until golden brown.

Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Divide the yeast dough into 3 portions, form into baguettes
and let rise again. Cut and bake
Cut the buns diagonally, then bake until golden brown and crispy.

the baguettes cool before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature with butter, jam or your favourite spread.
