Beat for three minutes until smooth. Transfer the condensed milk to a container and let it cool.
Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow it to reach the desired consistency.
Bonus tip:
When homemade condensed milk is in the refrigerator, it’s normal for a little foam to form on top. If you prefer, you can skim off this foam with a spoon, but it’s not necessary.
It doesn’t affect the taste or consistency of the condensed milk. And if you only want to make one can of condensed milk, simply halve the quantities!
