  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

FOR THE CHOUX PÂTÉ:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 4 eggs
