Hot Coffee + Chia Seeds: My morning routine that helped me burn fat in 21 days!

 

My super easy recipe for chia
coffee you’ll see, it’s very quick:

Ingredients:

1 cup hot coffee (sugar-free)

 

 

1 tbsp chia seeds

Optional: some cinnamon or a few drops of stevia if you want to sweeten

Preparation:

Brew your coffee as usual.

Add the chia seeds and mix well.

Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.

Stir again… and enjoy!

I take it every morning on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast. And I assure you that it fits really well!
