3. Dip your toothbrush in
lemon juice. Just like baking soda or sea salt, lemon juice is an effective natural remedy for yellow teeth. Dip your toothbrush in a few drops of lemon juice once a week and brush your teeth with it. Don’t overdo it, though, as the acid in lemons can damage tooth enamel.
4. Maintain good
oral hygiene. It may seem obvious, but if you want white teeth, good oral hygiene is essential. Not only does it remove plaque, which contributes to discoloration, but it also minimizes the risk of infection or cavities. Ideally, brush your teeth three times a day, after each meal.
5. USE A WHITENING TOOTHPASTE
