I don’t even think about cleaning my dirty oven anymore: a friend showed me this trick and now it’s as effortless as new!
Place two dishwasher tablets in a metal bowl.
Pour hot water over them and let them dissolve. If necessary, you can lightly crush them with a fork to speed up the dissolving process.
Preparing the oven
Remove the grate and put on protective gloves,
soak a sponge with the prepared solution and apply it to the entire surface of the oven, without the need for intensive rubbing, only for moistening.
Dip a few sheets of kitchen paper into the solution and place them on the oven surface. Also place damp paper towels on the oven door pane and let it soak in.
Cleaning and rinsing In the meantime,
use the remaining solution to clean the stove.
After about half an hour, return to the oven, remove the paper towels and rinse with a sponge with clean water.
