Here’s how to make muffins: First, mix the butter and sugar well.
Now add the remaining ingredients and blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin and bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30–40 minutes.
Our little tip:
If you want, you can also add other fruits, e.g. cherries, chocolate flakes, etc.
If you have a muffin tin, grease it before baking and place it in the refrigerator until you are ready to fill it with cookies.
This recipe makes 10 to 12 muffins.
