I mix 400g of cottage cheese with vanilla pudding, shaping the cupcakes in 5 minutes. You can find the recipe in the comments. I sent it to those who thanked me.

🔪 Preparation:

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
    Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar  until light and fluffy.
  3. Add cottage cheese and vanilla pudding , mix thoroughly with a mixer or blender until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg white foam  into the cheese mixture, preferably with a spatula.
  5. Transfer to  muffin tins or ramekins, as in the photo, until they are about ¾ full.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes  (until nicely risen and golden brown).
    Do not open the oven while baking to prevent them from falling!
  7. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

🍋 Tips:

  • If you want a creamier effect, you can add 2–3 tablespoons of 18% cream.
  • They taste best when still slightly warm, right after baking.
